My first order was misplaced by their courier service, causing unnecessary stress and delays. Wanting to be fair, I gave them another opportunity. Unfortunately, my second order was also mishandled, and the marketing materials I had ordered for an event did not arrive in time. As a result, I attended the event without the promotional materials I had specifically ordered for that occasion. When the order finally arrived, some items were missing, making an already disappointing situation even worse. What is most frustrating is that the service seems to be getting worse rather than improving. Small businesses often rely on printed materials for important events, and reliability is essential. Sadly, that has not been my experience with Print Today. Based on three consecutive poor experiences, I would not recommend this company and would strongly advise others to consider alternative printing providers.”

Because this happened over a bank holiday, I had no choice but to travel to another town to arrange an emergency reprint on a weekend and pay for express service to avoid further disruption. I have requested a refund, but they have insisted on sending the original prints, even though they are unusable because they were designed specifically for the event. At this point, it feels like they expect me to bear the financial burden for a mistake that was entirely theirs. Their handling of this order has been unprofessional and unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before using their services.”
